Design

Using the latest in CAD and virtual prototyping technology, we can provide quick, sound engineering solutions for either existing parts or new designs. With a constant, open communication channel, we ensure any and all feedback throughout the process can be incorporated before manufacturing commences.
In order to meet the individual needs of your project, Interconnect Systems will produce tailored cable harness designs consisting of complete cable schematics, wiring diagrams and parts lists. This data pack can be supplied in a variety of formats including Visio, PDF, and DXF.
Testing and QA
Interconnect Systems offers 100% testing of every cable harness leaving our premises. Being approved to ISO 9001:2008 and operating to IPC620 Standards you can be sure you are receiving exactly what you have ordered.
We have an IPC trained specialist training and advising our technicians in line with our Quality System which is based on and aligned to the IPC / WHMA-A-620 standard.
Certification
Specific customer required testing can be carried out upon request. We provide computer system generated test reports which ship with your order, or we can provide in soft copy.
